Electronic Mail (E-Mail) A Communication sent from one person to another, or to many people, over the Internet
Netiquette The good manners one uses in electronic communication
Spam Junk Mail that is usually sent to sell you something
Firewall A hardware or software that protects a computer or network from intuders
Home Page The first web page you see when you open your browser
Drill Down To find more specific information
Site Map an index of all the main pages in the site that you may use to jump straight to a page without drillng down
Bookmark is a shortcut in your browser that takes you directly to a web page
Favorites is what bookmarks are called in the internet browser

Print Preview allows you to view a page so you can see what it looks like printed
