Entrepreneur a person who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk; an employer of productive labor; contractor.
Business Plan a written description of your business's future, a document that tells what you plan to do and how you plan to do it
Corporation an association of individuals, created by law or under authority of law, having a continuous existence independent of the existences of its members, and powers and liabilities distinct from those of its members.
Sole-Proprietor also known as the sole trader or simply a proprietorship, is a type of business entity that is owned and run by one individual and in which there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business.
