TermDefinition
Entrepreneur a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.
Corporation a company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity (legally a person) and recognized as such in law.
Sole-Proprietor A sole proprietorship, also known as a sole trader or simply a proprietorship is a type of business entity which is owned and run by one individual and where there is no legal distinction between the owner and the business.
