TermDefinition
Active Cell current cell in use.
Function Like in open office calc the functions to find things out.
Formula a formula is simply a calculation that is performed on one or more variables.
Spreadsheet A spreadsheet is a document that stores data in a grid of horizontal rows and vertical columns.
Cell rectangle box in a spredsheet.
Rows horizontal cells
Columns certical cells
Archive An archive is a single file that contains multiple files and/or folders.
DCIM Digital Camera Images, where you can hook a camera to your computer.
Drop Down Menu A drop down menu is horizontal list of options that each contain a vertical menu.
File Extension Last part of a file name like .pts
File Format Includes a header and other stutures to a file.
File type A file type is a name given to a specific kind of file. For example, a Microsoft Word document
Minimize Hidding a screen but can get right back to it with a click.
Multitasking Doing multiple things at once like using tabs.
Operating System Ruining program for a computer like Windows. IOS and MAC
Piracy When someone installs and uses commercial software without paying for the program,
Plug-In Allows you to run multimedia files.
Pop-Up Adds that just pop up while your doing something ususallly scams.
Powerpoint Presentation with slides and pictures to discribe a subject.
Public Domain Wedsite name.
Title Bar Name of title.
Virus Something bad that can ruin a computer. Get them from going on bad sites.
Word Wrap Basically its auto correct or fills in a space or word when you type.
Worm Type of virus or a type of storage for a computer.
