What is a consumer complaint? Where a consumers is unhappy with the goods or services received and seeks compensation
What is a contract? A legally-binding agreement between the seller and the consumer that states that in return for payment the goods/services must be a certain standard
What is a credit note? A document sent by the seller to the consumer stating that the amount owing or paid has been reduced
