QuestionAnswer
If a student is marked absent by a teacher, what is the default allocation of that absence? The absense allocation is unauthorized and unexcused.
On the BCeSIS calendar, what is the meaning of the days that are colour coded green? These dates are non school days.
Does the Middle school and secondary school Report Card display both excused and unexcused absenses? Yes.
On the Teacher Asssistant start screen, what is the significance of a checkmark in the AC box? A checkmark in the AC checkbox indicates that attendance has been completed for the class.
What is the significance of a student's name formated in purple and italicized? The student was marked absent on that day.
How would a school user identify the teachers completion of attendance? The school user would navigate to the Attendance Completion Log.
Is it true that a student who has been marked absent by a teacher will be listed on the Mass Entry screen? Yest that is correct.
