What is budgeting? A way of planning your future expenditure and savings to ensure that it is less than or equal to your income
What is a budget? A plan which shows expected income,expenditure and savings
Give three reasons why people prepare budgets? Helps them think about how they should spend their money. Helps people to live within their means. Helps people to save money
What are savings? Part of ones income witch is not spent now
What is false economy? Buying large amounts which appear to be cheap,but in which turn out expensive as they are not used
