QuestionAnswer
AutoFit An option that allows Word to automatically adjust table column widths to the size of the largest entry in the column.
Destination file The file you are moving data to when you are moving data between applications.
Embedded object An object from a source file is inserted in a destination file, and the object becomes part of the destination file. The source file and destination file are not linked.
Import Bring a graphic or text into the application from another source.
Linked object An object that must be edited in its source application. A linked object is stored in the source document and only a copy of it appears in the destination document.
Merging cells Combining two or more table cells into a single cell either horizontally or vertically.
Source file The file you are moving data from when moving data between applications
Splitting a cell Dividing a single table cell into two or more rows and/or columns.
