QuestionAnswer
Alphanumerically Sorted first by numbers, then by letters.
Ascending order From the beginning of the alphabet, the lowest number, or the earliest date.
Case sensitive In sorting, places uppercase before lowercase letters.
Cell Where a row and column intersect in a table.
Descending order From the end of the alphabet, the highest number, or the latest date.
Fields Set of codes to tell Word to insert items into a document; one piece of information in a data source record; or a column to be sorted.
Formula Instruction for how to perform calculations using data in table rows and columns.
