Tells the parts of a spredsheet

| Axis | A horizonta or vertical line that establishes the relationship between data in a chart |
| Chart | A graphic representation of data |
| Chart Area | The entire chart and all other chart elements |
| Chart Layout | An arrangment that specifies which elements are included in a chart and where they are placed |
| Chart Sheet | A seperate sheet in a workbook that stores a chart |
| Chart Style | Formating applied to a chart based on the colors, fonts, and effects associated with the workbook's theme |
| Column Chart | A chart that uses bars of varying heights to illustrate values in a worksheet |
| Data Lavel | Text or numbers that provides additional informantion about a data marker |
| Data Series | Displays the data for a chart, table or query in rows and colmns with records in rows and fields in columns |
| Data Sources | The file that contains the records used in another document or file could be a Word, Ecel, Access |
| Data Table | A grid that displays the data plotted in a chart |
| Embeded Chart | A chart that uses points connected by a line to illustrate values in a worksheet |
| Exploded Pie Chart | A pie chart with one or more slices pulled away form the pie to distiguish them |
| Legend | A list that identifies pattersns, symbols, or colors used in a chart |
| Line Chart | A chart that uses points connected by a line to illustrate values in a worksheet |
| Plot Area | The graphical representation of all of the data series |
| Scatter Chart | A chart that shows the relationship between two categories of data sometimes called an xy chart |
| Selection Box | The marker that surrounds a selected chart element |
| Sizing Handles | A square, circle, or set of three dots that appears on a selection rectangle around an object and that you can drag to resize the object |
| Data Marker | A chart symbol (such as a bar, ine, dot, slice, and so forth) that represents a single data point or value from the the corresponding worksheet cell |
