Form Stage Become organized, define task at hand
Norm Stage Clarify goals, sort tasks among one another. Set deadlines.
Work Stage Begin working on goals/tasks. Gather info. Evaluate group.
Storm Stage Resolve conflict (dissagrements, arguements, deadlines, goals)
Perform Stage Complete assigned task(s).
