Autocratic Leaders Leaders who make decisions without consulting others.
Empowerment Giving employees the authority and responsibility to make decisions to allow them more involvement in their jobs.
Leading Motivating, direction, and otherwise influencing people to work hard to achieve the organization's goals.
Management The pursuit of organizational goals effectively and efficiently through planning, organization, leading, and controlling the organization's resources.
Middle Managers Managers who implement the policies and plans of the top managers above them and supervise and coordinate the activities of the supervisory managers below them.
Organization Chart A box-and-lines kind of illustration showing the formal lines of authority and the organization's official positions or work specializations.
Organization A group of people who work together to achieve some specific purpose.
Planning Setting goals and deciding how to achieve them.
Supervisory Managers Managers who make short-term operating decisions, direction the daily tasks of non-managerial personnel.
SWOT Analysis A search for the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats affecting the organization.
Top Managers The highest level of management, professionals who make long-term decisions about the overall direction of the organization and establish the objectives, strategies, and policies for it.
