Cues for the forehan

| 1 | before ball arrives always e in the "ready position" on the balls of your feet and knees slightly bent |
| 2 | back swing with side turned to target: pivot on non-racket foot, bring racket back, move whole arm (wrist is locked), weight on back foot |
| 3 | weight transfer: back foot to front foot, racket moves from low to high |
| 4 | contact point- contact ball all waust level |
| 5 | follow through- racket continues to rise across the body, up towards opposite shoulder, pivot back and return to ready postion |
