Altitude sickness headache, nausea, vomiting, sleep disturbance, dyspnea, fluid in the lungs.
heat stroke cherry red face, hot dry skin, unconsciousness, rectal temp of 105 or greater, sign of death, immediate immersion in ice bath.
heat exhuastion pale clamy skin, nausea, vomit, concious, put into shade with clothing, cold/cool fluids
