Unit 2 Vocabulary

QuestionAnswer
Drive The largest storage area.
Folder A place to save and organize files.
File A collection of data.
Save As To duplicate, or copy, a file.
Shortcut An icon that is a direct link to a file or folder.
Keyword A word (or words) keyed into a search box that matches the topic you are looking for.
Content Search Look for information from a list of categories and topics, like using a book's table of contents.
Keyword Search Key one or more keywords. The search results include all of the topics in which the keywords appear.
