drive the largest storage area. the C: drive is usually the hard drive, but you can have other drives on your school network, or on a seperate device such a yout CD drive.
folder a place to save and organize files, such as documents or pictures.
file collection of data files can be text, graphics, or other types of media such as audio or video clips.
save as a command to rename a file at the same time as moving it to a new location.
shortcut an icon that is direct link to a file or folder
keyword word or words keeyed into a search box that matches the topic you are looking for.
content search look for information from the list of categories and topics.
keyword search key one or more words.
