power plug | two power plugs on the back of a computer used to plug into the computor, power come out of monitor |
parellel port | an electrical connector used to send info. on wires at the same time to a printer |
serial port | connects older or specialized devices to the system |
network interface card(NIC) | enternet cable connector |
universal serial bus(USB) | external bus that transfers megabites per second |
