Forecast | Prediction of future conditions based on statistics and indicators that described the past and present of the program |
WOTS UP analysis | Data collection and appraisal technique designed to determine an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to facilitate planning |
Operational plan | Plan that defines group activities in the short term |
Policy | Plan that expresses an organization's behavior relative to a specific group function |
