Record (DBM)   Rows are referred to as records in database management.
🗑
Referential integrity   Referential integrity ensures that all foreign keys refer to an existing record.
🗑
Relation (DBM)   A relation is the “table” or graphical representation that is produced in response to a query. It is a subset of the Cartesian product of all the tables used in generating a query.
🗑
Relational data base   A relational database is a data base that consists of two or more tables.
🗑
Relationships Window (Access)   The relationships window is an interface used to specify relationships between tables in your database.
🗑
Rem statements   The Rem (‘) statement is an non-executable statement that is used to include explanatory remarks (comments) in a program.
🗑
Scope (VBA)   When declaring variables in code, the nature in which it is declared determines the scope in which the variable is available. For variables there are three levels of scope: 1) Procedural level 2) Module sheet level 3) Workbook level.
🗑
Select statement (SQL)   Allows you to select individual fields of subsets of records in a table.
🗑
Set statement   Assigns an object reference to a variable or property.
🗑
Single (VBA)   Single is a data type for variables that you wish to be stored as decimal numbers.
🗑
SQL   Structured Query Language, is a database computer language designed for managing data in relational database management systems.
🗑
Step into (VBA)   Step into (F8) is a debugging feature that allows you to step through your code one statement at a time.
🗑
String (VBA)   String is a data type that allows you to store a variable as text.
🗑
String expression   Any expression that evaluates to a sequence of contiguous characters.
🗑
Sub statement   A sub statement declares the name, arguments, and code that form the body of a sub procedure
🗑
Subscript notation (VBA)   When using arrays the information in brackets after the name of the array are known as subscripts. For example, Test Array(i, j), refers to the location of data in the i’th row of the j’th column in the array named TestArray. i and j are both subscripts.
🗑
Table (access)   A table in access is an object used to store data.
🗑
Text file   A text file is a computer file that contains text (and possible formatting instructions).
🗑
User defined function   a user defined function is a function that the user creates themselves.
🗑
User defined type   When variables of different data types are combined as a single variable to hold several related informations.
🗑
Variable Declaration   A variable declaration is a statement that declares the name and data type (characteristics) of a variable.
🗑
Volatile function   A volatile function is re-evaluated any time any cell on a worksheet is changed or re-evaluated.
🗑
Volatile method   method that is re-evaluated any time the module sheet is recalculated
🗑
Wiki   A wiki is a website that allows the creation and editing of any number of interlinked webpages via a web browser using a simplified markup language.
🗑
Wikipedia   Wikipedia is a free, web-based, collaborative, multilingual encyclopaedia project.

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.

To hide a column, click on the column name.

To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.

You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.

Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
