Bold | A print enhancement used to make characters appear darker than other text to add emphasis.

Center Align | Alignment where text is placed an equal distance from the left and right margins. As you type, the text expands equally to the left and right. When you start a new line, the cursor stays in the middle of the page, which is where the next line begins.

Font Size | The measurement, or size of a font (text); also known as point size; each point is approximately 1/72 of an inch.

Font | The design and appearance of printed characters.

Header | Text appearing at the top of each page, separate from the main body of text.

Italics | Text that is slanted to the right.

Justify Align | Alignment where each line fills the entire space from the left to the right margin. The result is a straight margin on each side of the page.

Left Align | Alignment where each line of text begins along the left margin (edge) of the document. This results in a straight margin on the left and a "ragged edge" margin on the right.

Underline | A feature that adds a line underneath keyed text.

Margin | The blank space between the edge of the paper and the printed text.

Line Spacing | The space between lines of text.

Paragraph Spacing | The space between two paragraphs.

Format | To utilize features that enhance the appearance and overall layout of text, graphics, and/or tables within a document.

Graphics | Pictures, clip art, drawings, charts and/or other illustrations inserted into a document to either explain data or enhance the appearance of the page.

Hyperlink | A word, phrase, or image that when clicked, allows you to jump to a web page, a new document or a new section within the current document.

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
To hide a column, click on the column name.
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
