database analyst   A job that involves planning and designing a database system and may also require administering the database after it’s built. Sometimes called database designer.

database management approach   A methodology employed for the development and maintenance of database structures and applications. Sometimes shortened to database approach.

front-end interface   A collection of modules or data entry forms that makes it possible for users to easily enter data and request information from a database.

database object   An element within many types of databases, such as a form, a report, or a data filter.

form   A screen or dialog box that allows the user to enter data into the database. It includes a collection of fields, enabling the user to enter needed data in a way that many people consider easier and more friendly than working with tables.

report   The presentation of output from a data table or query in a format designed to make the information easy to print and read.

data filter   Filtering criteria which many databases enable the user to apply in order to display only a subset of the data.

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
 
To hide a column, click on the column name.
 
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
 
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
 
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
