Formatting   adjusting the way content looks.

Column Width   the distance between the left and the right borders of a cell.

AutoFit   adjusting the width and height to fit the longest entry. Double click on the border between the 2 column letters. Use AutoFit column width feature (located under the Format command in the cells group on the home ribbon)

Row Height   the distance between the top and bottom borders of a cell.

Wrap Text   used to align multi-line text within a cell.

Merge and Center   used to combine two or more cells and center information within combined cells. Only one of selected cells may contain data. You may either join cells in the same row or same column but not cells that snap two rows or two columns.

Insert Row   adding row between two existing rows (click on row belong where you want row inserted and then click insert command and choose insert cells feature)

Insert Column   adding column between two existing columns (click on column to the right of where you want the new column inserted and then click insert command and choose insert cell features)

Review the information in the table. When you are ready to quiz yourself you can hide individual columns or the entire table. Then you can click on the empty cells to reveal the answer. Try to recall what will be displayed before clicking the empty cell.
 
To hide a column, click on the column name.
 
To hide the entire table, click on the "Hide All" button.
 
You may also shuffle the rows of the table by clicking on the "Shuffle" button.
 
Or sort by any of the columns using the down arrow next to any column heading.
If you know all the data on any row, you can temporarily remove it by tapping the trash can to the right of the row.
