1st Tube Class In The Order of Draw   Yellow, Sterile Tubes: Needs To Be Kept Sterile

4th Tube Class In The Order of Draw   Gold Hemogard or Red-Gray Tubes: Contain Clot Activators

5th Tube Class In The Order of Draw   Heparin Tubes (ie: Green, Light Green, etc.): Anticoagulant that is less likely to interfere than EDTA

6th Tube Class In The Order of Draw   EDTA Tubes (ie: Lavendar, Pink, etc.): Anticoagulant that binds metals including Ca and K. Can cause falsely lower Ca or K readings.
