Access Copyright   It is a not-for-profit group that collects revenues from licensed copyright users for the photocopying of print works and distributes those monies to the rightsholders of those works.

Copyright   It is the right to copy another individuals work. It is a legal, exclusive right, to the original creator.

Intellectual Property   It is a legal exclusive right to the creativity of ones mind.

Royalty   A user-based made for the right to ongoing use of an asset of a licenser.

Trade-Marks   A recognizable sign or expression which the owner uses to identify their specific product

Public Domain   Ones work in which the intellectual property rights have expired.

Moral Rights   The rights of creators of copyrighted works. Protects their work from mutilation or alteration.

Performing Rights   They provide collection of royalties, between copyright holders and parties who wish to use copyrighted works publicly in locations.

Plagiarism   Is the act of copying or producing another work and not citing, or taking the credit.

Fair Dealing   It is defence against an action for wrongdoing of an exclusive right of copyright.

Patent   It is a form of intellectual property which consists of exclusive rights to the inventor.

Blanket License   It provides the right/protection for D.Js or radio stations to use the music of other artists without trouble. Or other art forms, etc.
