Mitochondria Provides energy for cell processes aka POWER PLANT
Chloroplasts Uses sunlight to make food for the plant
Lysosomes Contain digestive enzymes to break down materials
Vacuole Storage sac for food, water, or waste
Smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER) Detoxifies harmful substances
Cytoskeleton Provides transportation for cells
chromosomes Contains an organism’s entire gnome, or genetic material
Centrosome moves the microtubules around so they can send out spindle fibers to attach to the centromeres on the chromosomes.
