| What is a Red Blood Cell? | a mature blood cell that contains hemoglobin to carry oxygen to the bodily tissues; a biconcave disc that has no nucleus |
| What are T Cells? | a small lymphocyte developed in the thymus; it orchestrates the immune system's response to infected or malignant cells |
| What are B Cells? | a lymphocyte derived from bone marrow that provides humoral immunity |
