What is Cushing's disease? It is the breakdown of muscle proteins and redistribution of body fat. ( too much cortisol)
What is Addison's disease? Not enough cortison, Hyposecretion of glucocorticoids and aldosterone.
What is Diabetes 1? Not enough insulin because pancreas isn't functioning right.
What is Diabetes 2? Not enough insulin because target cells become less sensitive.
What is Hyperinsulin? Too much insulin, and it decreases your blood glucose level.
Lact(o) Milk
Acromegaly enlarged and distorted features.
Acidosis Accumulation of acids in the blood.
Anorexia Loss of appetite
Cachexia Malnutrition
Diaphoresis Excessive sweating
Emaciation Extremely thin, wasting
Gangrene Death of tissue secondary to low oxygen levels
Hypophysectomy removal of the pitiutary gland
Nueropathy Disease of the nerves
