QuestionAnswer
What is evolution? Evolution is the scientific philosophy that all life on earth is here by accident. That over many billions of years, less complex organisms have acquired new traits, by chance, and changed into new organisms.
What is the basic process evolutionists believe is responsible for the origin of life? Evolutionists believe that life was able to form by pure chance by lightening electrifying bodies of water that contained pre-organic molecules.
What is one likely reason that the theory of evolution was proposed by Darwin? Darwin either did not believe in God or specifically denied His existence. It is impossible to believe that the origin of life rests with a Creator that you do not believe in.
