Function of Eyelashes

Trap dirt & Prevent it from entering the eye.

White, tough coast made of fibres. It protects the inner structures & maintains the shape of the eyeball. It provides a surface for attachment of eye muscles.

Transparent. The curved surface of cornea is reponsible for refracting light into eyes.

With a black pigment which absorbs light. This reduces reflection fo light within the eye and helps form a sharp image.
