Heterotroph An organism that eats / takes in organic compounds for energy.
Lactic Acid Fermentation A process that create lactic acid without oxygen. It happens in muscle cells.
Alcoholic Fermentation A process that produces alcohol and carbon dioxide when yeast and bacteria act on sugars.
