Ecology the study of the interactions among living things and between living things and their sorroundings.
community a group of different species that live together in one life
Ecosystem all the organism as well as the nonliving things in the area
Biome a major regional or global area of organism characterized by certain climates and species
Biotic Factor all living things in an ecosystem
Abiotic Factor non-living things
Biodiversity the assortment or variety of living things in an ecosystem
Keystone Species a species that has an unusally large effect on the ecosystem
Grassland an area where the primay plant life is grass
Desert abiome that receives less tahn 10 inches of percipitation in a year and is very dry
Decidous Forest a biome with hot summers, cold winters and the tress drop their leaves in the winter
Conigeras Forest a biome with tress that ratain their needles all year and has one long rainy season
Taiga located in cooler climates where winters are long and cold
Tundra located beyong the taigas in far northern area
Chaporral hot, dry summers and cool most winters also called shrubland
Tropical Rain Forest a bimoe with year around warm temperatures and abundant rainfall
