| Acoenocytic | Contains cross walls called septa's |
| Coentocytic | Do not contain septa's |
| Septa | Cross walls in some fungi |
| Multinucleate | If a septa has more than one cuclei |
| Ascocarp | fruiting bodies, 2 forms: Ascus, condiophore |
| Condiophore | durring Asexual repoduction produces condiospores |
| Clariceps Purpurea | causes ergot poising plus ergotism |
| Haloid | 1 copy of DNA |
| Diploid | 2 copies of DNA |
| Fruiting Body | Spore producing bodies on the end of hyphae |
| Zygospore | Sexual reproductive spores in zygospores |
| Rhizoid | filamentous outgrowth on the underside of the fallows of some lower level plants |
| Sporangia | Lower plants, receptalce in which asexual spores are formed |
