TINY SACS at the end of each bronchiole Alveoli
Sac-like organs made of many many alveoli; expands and contracts to allow for inhaling and exhaling. Lungs
Why do we need to breathe? To obtain oxygen - the needed ingredient to release ENERGY from glucose in CELLULAR RESPIRATION.
