If you have the rhesus antigen on your red blood cells, can you receive blood that is Rh+ Yes, antibodies that you produce will recognize the antigen and know is at safe
If you have the rhesus antigen on your red blood cells, can you receive blood that is Rh- Yes, there are no antigens on the RBCs to cause an attack from the antigens.
If you are Rh- can you receive Rh+ blood No, because Rh- blood will have antibodies against Rh+
If you are Rh- can you receive Rh- blood Sure, the Rh- blood being transfused has no antigens to cause an attack from antibodies
