| Contract Administration (Phase 5) | The actual build phase where the designer hangs out on-site, manages construction, and makes sure everything stays on budget. |
| Move-In & Post Occupancy (Phase 6) | The final step where furniture gets delivered, the client moves in, and you check in later to make sure they love the space. |
