Experimental group A group exposed to the same conditions and changes in the independent variable in a experiment
Constant A constant are things that stay the same during an experiment
Dependent variable The variable that is observed and that changes in response to the independent variable is called the dependent variable
Independent variable The variable deliberately changed is called the independent variable
Observation An observation is the act of noticing and describing events or processes in a careful orderly way
Inference The inference is a logical interception based on what scientists already know
Bias A bias is a personal, rather than scientific POV for, or against something
Peer review A peer review is when scientist share findings with other scientist by publishing their hypothesis, experimental methods, results, and analysis in scientific journals
Variable A characteristic or factor that can be measured, controlled, or changed in an experiment.
