What is an ideal presentation to do while on On-Site Visits? Account Reviews.
Does client attendance count at a User Conference count as an On-Site Visit? No. In-person classroom training sessions can, when there are fewer than 10 clients present and you had a strategic 1 on 1 discussion with the client.
Who reviews the On-Site Visit form and gives approval prior to conducting a client visit? AM Manager. Recap of the visit must also be completed in the On-Site Visit form and submitted to the AM Manager.
What are some examples of topics you could discuss with clients during your visit? Open client tasks, spend growth opportunities, growth barriers, Visa Spend Clarity, industry trends/enhancements, customer events
Is a recap email needed when you do an On-Site Visit? YES. Copy the RM and TM even if they did not participate.
