Що таке булінг? Це тривале, систематичне цькування, залякування або агресивна поведінка однієї людини чи групи людей щодо іншої, де часто є дисбаланс сил.

Що таке кібербулінг? Це форма цькування, що відбувається в цифровому просторі (соцмережі, месенджери, ігри) через поширення пліток, фото, погроз або образливих повідомлень.
Що означає принцип «нульової толерантності» до насилля? Це активна позиція, коли будь-який прояв насилля не ігнорується, не виправдовується, а миттєво присікається і засуджується суспільством.
Що таке «коло насилля» (цикл насилля)? Це модель поведінки, що повторюється: спочатку зростає напруга -> стається акт насилля -> кривдник вибачається ("медовий місяць") -> спокій -> знову зростає напруга.
Що таке «мова ворожнечі» (hate speech)? Це висловлювання, що принижують чи поширюють ненависть до людини або групи осіб за ознакою раси, релігії, статі, національності тощо.
З якого віку в Україні настає кримінальна відповідальність за тяжкі злочини проти особи (наприклад, нанесення тяжких тілесних ушкоджень)? З 14 років.
За яким коротким номером в Україні працює Національна дитяча «гаряча лінія»? 16 111 (анонімно та безкоштовно з мобільних).
Що таке асертивна поведінка? Це здатність людини впевнено відстоювати свої права та погляди, не порушуючи при цьому прав інших людей і не вдаючись до агресії.
Чим конфлікт відрізняється від насилля (булінгу)? Конфлікт — це зазвичай разова суперечка, де сили сторін рівні і обидві хочуть вирішити проблему. Насилля/булінг — це свідоме заподіяння шкоди, яке повторюється, і де одна сторона має перевагу над іншою.
