Cell cycle Interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis
Interphase Is the phase in the cell cycle in which sea cell grows, replicates, DNA, and prepares for division.
Replication It grows to its full size and copies itself
Mitosis A type of cell division that results in two daughter cells each have the same number and kind of chromosomes as the parent nucleus, typical of ordinary tissue growth
Chromosomes A thread like structure of nucleic acids and protein found in the nucleus of most living cells, carrying genetic information in the form of genes.
Cytokinesis The cytoplasmic division of a cell at the end of mitosis or meiosis, bringing about the separation in two cells
What takes place during the three stages of the cell cycles

Explain DNA replication and how it accounts for the way it copies itself It must be copy when a cell divides into daughter cells
