cerebrum portion of the brain that coordinates muscle activity
corpus callosum mass of nerve fibers through which the cerebral hemispheres communicate
dopamine neurotransmitter that makes us feel pleasure
left hemisphere side of the brain dominant in language processing, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking
right hemisphere side of the brain dominant in creativity, intuition, and the processing of visual & spatial information
spinal cord thin bundle of nerve fibers within spinal cavity by which the brain communicates with the body
