Chlorophyll A green photosynthetic,pigment found in the chloroplast of a plant Algie and some bacteria
Photosynthesis The process by which animals and other autos
Tissue A group of simple cells that perform a special function
Chloroplast an organelle in the cell plants and some other organisms that complains energy from that cell can use in making food
Vacuole a sack like organelle that stores, water, food, and other materials
Cuticle The waxy waterproof layer that covers the layers and systems of most plants
Vascular tissue The internal transporting tissue and some plants that is made up of tube like structures that carry water, food and minerals
Organelle A tiny cell structure that carries out a simple explanation within the cell
Chromatin The material inside a cells nucleus that makes a chromosomes, DNA
Mitochondrion The powerhouse of a cell which are organelles that generate most of the cells energy
Endoplasmic reticulum That was a maze of passageway in which protein and other materials are carried from one of passage of the cell
Lysosomes a small round cell structure structure containing chemicals that write down large particles into smaller ones
Golgi Body A structure in a cell that receives protein and other newly formed Materials ER and then package up and send it to the other cell
What are the three main characteristic of all plants? Autotrophs, contain many cells and are surrounded by cell walls
List the two things that plants needs, and the two things it makes during photosynthesis Need sunlight and water. Makes makes Oxygen and food
What are the reasons why cell walls are important for plants Protect the cell Surrounds the cell membrane
List, the five things that a plant needs to survive Water, nutrients, support, transportation, and reproduce
What is the difference between plant like organisms and animal like Organisms All organisms that produce their own food
