What is an Independent variable? it is a variable in which the experimenter controls and manipulates
What is an Prediction? it is a if/then statement that is made based off of the experiment to test the hypothesis.
Control is an experiment in which the independent variable is held constant or omitted.
Controlled Variables is variables that can affect the experiment and must be controlled.
Level of Treatment is the value the experimenter sets for the independent variable.
Scientific Investigation testing proposed explanations
Hypothesis is an proposed answer/explanation to a question.
Dependent Variable it is a variable that can affect the experiment and must be controlled.
Presenting and Analyzing Results and interpreting and communicating results using graphs and tables to visualize data using statistical analysis to analyze data evaluating experimental techniques writing scientific papers/lab reports to communicate results
