Utility expenses Costs incurred for basic services such as electricity, water, and gas.
Identity theft The fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information.
Impulse buying The purchase of goods without prior planning or consideration of the long-term effects.
Liability A company's legal financial debts or obligations that arise during the course of business operations.
Monthly mortgage payment The amount paid each month towards the repayment of a mortgage loan.
Mortgage interest The interest charged on a mortgage loan.
Property taxes Taxes assessed on real estate properties, usually based on the value of the property.
Retirement planning The process of determining retirement income goals and the actions necessary to achieve those goals.
Sales tax A tax imposed on sales of goods and services.
Security deposit A sum of money held in trust either as an initial part-payment in a purchase or as a guarantee for the performance of a contract.
Tenant An individual who rents land or property from a landlord.
Will A legal document that sets forth a person's wishes regarding the distribution of their property after death.
Accountant A professional responsible for financial record-keeping and reporting.
Banker A person who works in a bank and is responsible for managing financial transactions.
Financial consultant A professional who provides advice on financial planning and investment strategies.
Insurance agent A person who sells insurance policies to clients.
Investment analyst A professional who analyzes investment opportunities and provides recommendations.
Mortgage banker A person or company that originates and funds mortgage loans.
