| CCPA EFFECTIVE DATE | JAN. 1, 2020, (CCPA) went into force. The businesses based out of California that collect or deal with the personal details of its residents will be affected. All enterprises are covered by the statute, even those that operate outside California. | The CCPA applies to businesses that meet one or more of the following criteria: |
