Term	Definition
Independent Variable	The variable that I change to observe its effect on the other variable.
Dependent Variable	This variable changes due to the effects of the independent variable.
Control Group	The group that is not exposed to the experimental condition and is used to compare data.
Experimental Group	A group of subjects that receives the experimental conditions.
Constants	A factor that does not change during the experiment.
Accuracy	How close a measurement is to the known or accepted value.
Precision	How close the results are to each other.
