| Develop | To change and advance |
| Asexual Reproduction | Offspring inherits a copy of DNA from only 1 parent |
| Sexual Reproduction | Offspring inherits DNA from 2 parents |
| Metabolism | Rate of burning food for energy |
| Homeostasis | Optimal set points for a living things to function |
