What is the Ombudsman They investigate complaints about mis treatment from organizations that deliver public services and government departments. You must try to resolve the issue yourself first though
What is the ECC/ECCI The European Consumer Centre Ireland helps customers who have a problem with a product they bought from another EU country
What is the ASAI The ASAI protects consumers by ensuring all adverts are truthful legal decent and honest by creating laws and codes
What is the small claims court It allows consumers to have their complaint dealt cheaply if they cannot themselves. Fee of 25 euro and no solicitor required
