What happens during the synthesis phase. The chromosomes replace in the nucleus

What is a metaphase? When spindle fibres attach on to the chromosomes and line them up in the middle
What is it called when spindle fibres retracts and pull 1/2 the chromosomes towards each centriole? Anaphase
When do nuclear envelopes start to form back around both sets of chromosomes? During telophase
What is a checkpoint in a cell?
When do cells die and what is it called? When it is to old to function. It is called Apoptosis
What can undergo mitosis an unlimited number of times? Cancer cells
What is it called when cells form together? Tumor
What is cytokinesis? When the cell membrane pinches off in the middle and separates into 2 daughter cells
