Heart Pumps blood throughout the body Lungs Takes in oxygen and expels carbon dioxide
Stomach Breaks food down as part of the digestive process Liver Cleans the blood coming from the digestive system and makes bile
Large Intestine Removes water from digested material and excretes waste from the body Small Intestine Digests and absorbs nutrients from food
Pancreas Helps with digestion by secreting enzymes to process sugars Muscles Produce movement by connecting your bones together
Skeleton Protects organs, provides support for the body and forms blood cells Kidneys Helps balance the salts and acids in the body by filtering blood
Bladder Stores urine until the body is ready to release it Sensory Organs Structures within the eyes, ears, nose, mouth and skin. Allows your body to experience the 5 senses (see, hear, smell, taste, and touch)

Stem This part supports the plant and holds it up towards the light. It transports water and minerals from the roots and glucose (plant food) in order to help the plant grow.
Seeds In flowering plants, a fruit surrounds these. They need the right conditions to germinate, such as water, space, and temperature.
Spores Instead of seeds, these are the way fungi, ferns, and mosses reproduce.
Pollen A yellow substance that contains the male reproductive cells of a plant. It is held on top of the stamen, the male reproductive part.
Pistil Female reproductive part of a plant. When pollen is passed on to this part, it travels to the ovary to fertilize and make new seeds.
Pollination Transferring pollen from one plant to pistil of another plant. Some factors that help include bees, moths, wasps, and butterflies.
Fertilization When the pollen reaches the ovary of another flower and join with the egg cell. This part of process allows new seeds to be created.
Seed Dispersal Transferring seeds from a plant to other locations. Some factors that help include wind, water, and animals.
Germination When a seed is in the right conditions, it being to grow into a new plant.
