Public Health Provide dental health care on the county, state and national level. Also provides education and demonstration of proper oral hygiene to schools, businesses,and the community.
Endodontist A specialist that diagnoses and treats diseased dental pulp.
Prosthodontist Dentist that specializes in the replacement of teeth.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Specializes in the treatment of the entire facial structure due to injury or disease.
Dental Assistants Responsibilities Are often confused with the responsibilites of the Dental Hygienist.
DANB Nationally recognized certification agency for DA's it is recognized by the ADA.
Lady's in Attendance In early history all dental assistants were females and called this.
General Dentists Are both DMD's and DDS's
